About Content Services
Content Services are at the heart of Momentum ITSMA, responsible for executing and delivering the plans defined by our consultants to help our clients achieve market-beating performance.
Our remit covers the full spectrum of Go-To-Market delivery, from developing a messaging framework to a company-wide sales training enablement program, from targeted one-to-one ABM communication to a ground-breaking Thought Leadership Program.
Consisting of talented teams across multiple specialisms including creative, content, managed services, MarTech, thought leadership and research.
About the role
As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, long and short form articles/blogs, and video. Your primary mission is to ensure the successful delivery of these projects by collaborating closely with Client Practices, accurately scoping deliverables, defining the delivery approach, pricing work, sourcing resources, and managing projects to meet client expectations, all within budget.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Scoping and planning
- Collaborate with client practices to thoroughly understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure shared-service deliverables are accurately scoped to align with client expectations.
- Develop a project approach, outlining key resources, milestones, risks and outcomes.
- When required, liaise with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements and become a subject matter expert on the specific deliverable.
Pricing
- Review non-standard pricing and sign off on commercials in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Continuously refine pricing strategies to improve accuracy and competitiveness.
Delivery
- Take full responsibility to proactively lead projects from creative to delivery, taking ownership to engage with internal stakeholders, client stakeholders and any 3rd parties.
- Review asset briefs (input from Consultants).
- Review allocated resources planned for delivering assets (input from Client Practice).
- Review progress of projects to ensure alignment with the brief.
- Manage client feedback and amendments, including updating the client.
- Oversee internal quality control (QC) of the project and external proofreading.
- Manage projects within budget and specified timelines.
- Manage third-party deliveries, including sourcing, briefing, costing, and overseeing any delivery by third parties or freelancers (FL).

- Developing best practice approach and guidelines for the pricing and execution of standard deliverables

- Research and recommend new services based on client requirements.
- Identify new capabilities and resources required to meet new service demands.
- Develop new service offerings based on client requirements.
Business Development
- Understand broader client requirements and recommend additional shared services to clients.

Skills
- Experience orchestrating GenAI solutions within the creative process
- Sharing expertise/experience amongst wider producer team

- Budgeting and Financial Management: Proficiency in creating and managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp), and an understanding of the technical aspects of the production process.

- Industry Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within a creative agency or related industry.

- Client Management: Proven experience in handling clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Experience in leading and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other creatives.
- Media Production: Background in various forms of media production, such as video, print, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Crisis Management: Experience in managing and mitigating crises or unexpected challenges during project execution.

Salary
£30,000 - £50,000
