Job description

Position: IT - Technical Consultant
Location: San Francisco CA – 100 % Remote
Interview: Video
Duration: 6+ Months

We are seeking a Time & Attendance SME with Testing Experience for UKG Pro WFM, with the following key skills and responsibilities:

Required Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with the UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance Module, including advanced pay rules configuration.
Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, including test case design and defect management.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and TestAssure, along with knowledge of scripting languages.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to provide seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on the UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance Module, including pay rules configuration.
Design, execute, and manage both manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality and compliance.
Collaborate with the QA team for defect tracking and resolution.
Utilize automation tools and scripting languages to enhance testing efficiency.
Serve as a primary resource to QA Lead, offering mentorship and hands-on support during the transition.
