We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to step into the role of Senior Manager of GTM Planning & Analytics. What You'll Do:Own and refine revenue forecasting to ensure accurate pipeline management, scenario planning, and alignment with revenue targets.Lead the development of revenue models that provide insights into trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Set and align revenue targets and quotas with market conditions, GTM strategies, and business objectives.Guide strategic planning activities such as headcount and capacity planning, territory and segmentation, and quota setting to ensure alignment with long-term goals.Ensure data quality and accuracy through advanced analytics, automation, and process improvements, driving greater predictability and confidence in GTM operations.Develop and oversee actionable dashboards and reports that provide critical insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, empowering data-driven decision-making.Integrate analytics into business planning by turning insights into impactful strategies, ensuring they influence GTM initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.Leverage data analytics to measure and communicate impact of strategic initiatives, identify trends, uncover weaknesses, and recommend areas for improvement.Define and monitor performance metrics that reflect business health, designing tools that support executive decision-making and strategic alignment.Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of revenue operations managers and analysts, fostering growth and collaboration.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture by encouraging cross-functional partnerships and promoting continuous improvement within the team.Act as a liaison across departments and collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and GTM initiatives.Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership, shaping and delivering strategies that drive sustainable business growth.Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion and new product launches, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives.Promote a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration to drive ongoing optimization and refinement of GTM processes and programs.What You Should Have:12+ years of related GTM strategy experience, with a strong background in B2B SaaS4+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performance teamsProven leadership skills and experience with both direct and indirect reports as well as influencing without authority.Significant Experience with Salesforce and Looker or Tableau is required. Advanced skills in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting.Proven experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and effectiveness.Four-year college degree or equivalent experienceAbout us
