Job description

This is a Remote Role (preference for Utah candidates with proximity to corporate headquarters)

The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist facilitates collection of delinquent accounts by communicating with members.


Responsibilities:

  • Communication with employees, clients, and members both in writing and verbally
  • Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and executive groups
  • Interact with various sales reps and leaders in resolving issues
  • Enter an accurately track daily collection activities in system
  • Understand the sales process and have a good understanding of our products
  • Aptitude for process improvement in looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • Maintain Account Receivable balances to company standards
Required skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets, reports, formulas, etc.
  • Good typing skills
  • Preference to collection experience
  • Preference to Salesforce.com experience
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong entrepreneur skills both verbal and written
  • Positive communication style
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good math skills experience with receiving and applying credit card payment to customer accounts
Physical requirements:
  • Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on the computer
