Description

Position Overview 

The Chief of Staff will act as a key partner to the CEO, supporting the company’s operations and growth by ensuring initiatives and priorities are executed efficiently. This is a key role in the organization with an opportunity to coordinate and optimize projects, people, and processes across the company to maximize impact. 


 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CEO 

  • Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO and various departments. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and supported across all initiatives. 
  • Prioritize and manage key strategic projects on behalf of the CEO. 
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, fostering clear communication and alignment.
     

Project Management 

  • Plan, track, and oversee cross-departmental projects to ensure they stay on schedule and meet objectives. 
  • Collaborate with team members to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or inefficiencies.
     

Team Support & Operations 

  • Work with team leads to align their efforts with overall company goals and priorities. 
  • Help streamline internal processes, fostering better communication and collaboration across departments. 
  • Assist in tracking team performance and progress toward key goals and objectives.
     

Client Success 

  • Support the Client Success team in delivering an excellent customer experience by improving workflows and addressing escalations. 
  • Assist in creating strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and growth. 
  • Act as a point of contact for client success-related projects and initiatives.
     

Business Operations 

  • Support the implementation of systems, tools, and processes that improve operational efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams on budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking. 
  • Help document and optimize workflows and procedures for scalability.
     

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills 

  • 3–5 years of experience in a project management, operations, or client success role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams. 
  • Experience in optimizing processes and systems for better efficiency. 
  • Comfort with client-facing interactions and resolving issues diplomatically.
