We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join our Construction Management team within Government/Transportation market. The SPM is responsible for the overall accountability and success of a project by leading the project team(s) to complete a client project within the client's expectations, budget and schedule. This position is also responsible for project and construction management; client representation; marketing professional services, building relationships with all key stakeholders, fiscal management, and personnel management. This includes communication, development, decision making, organization/dissemination of information, delegating, modeling, and empowering their direct reports to learn and grow. They will be responsible for Alternative Project Delivery and be an in-house subject matter expert on APD methods. This includes Design-Build, General Contractor/Construction Manager, P3 and variations of each.
The ideal candidate has worked with public clients, projects or entities and has experience with Alternative Delivery Methods (i.e. RCW 39.10).
This role will support project work in Bellingham/Whatcom County.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,500/year up to $166,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
