We are looking for Data Operations Associate to join our Sales & Marketing Data Operations division. You perform various data quality activities such as Data refresh, data analysis & validation to ensure Salesforce data is accurate, complete, standardized, and unique. The associate is responsible for end-to-end project management coordinating effectively with Marketing stakeholders to understand & correlate the requirements of ADHOC requests received and effectively process the requests within TAT and with accuracy.

You are a highly motivated, self-starter with strong knowledge of research and use of the internet to retrieve the required information. Have strong Excel, intermediate SQL skills and decision-making capabilities to identify the trustworthy source of information

The Team: AHI CRM Operations team is responsible for managing provider data in Salesforce, ensuring the data is current, consistent, accurate, complete and reflective of US Healthcare industry for Marketing and Sales consumption. The team also provides operational support such as Lead processing, campaign processing, mass data updates and data research for Marketing and Sales teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and update the Practices, Hospitals, Health systems, ACOs, Payers and other US healthcare organization based on Company websites, web research and third-party sources to ensure that the Salesforce data represents US healthcare market.
  • Create and update the Executives, Physician and non-clinical staff information based on Company websites, web research and third-party data sources.
  • Perform CRM data quality activities such as records creation, update, deduplication, etc., in CRM to ensure data is complete, accurate and consistent.
  • Ensure that all assigned tasks and requests are managed and processed within TAT and with accuracy, with limited guidance.

Typical Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • 7-10 years’ experience working in CRM (preferably Salesforce) and CRM fusion tools.
  • US Healthcare Industry knowledge and Marketing operations working experience preferred.
  • Must have strong Excel, intermediate SQL skills
