Field Service Technician, Image-Guided Therapy (White Plains, NY)
Job Description
This union role supports the Imaging Systems business within the White Plains, NY, area. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and diagnose and treatment imaging solutions at customer sites.
Your role:
- Building, deploying, and/or integrating X-ray and Cath Lab solutions.
- Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing, while also resolving technical issues and offering proactive technical support.
- Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
- Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.
You're the right fit if:
- Located in or near the White Plains, NY area.
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment working with X-ray and Cath Lab products
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge of schematics and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field-based role.

The pay for this union position in NY is $2.310.41 weekly. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be offered.
