Job Description
Trade Compliance Intern

Trade Compliance is a wide area of Customs-related activities, consisting of International Law, Logistics, Vendor & Broker Management, and others. From build and deployment to local execution and continuous improvement, this Team ensures that all import and export transactions are in conformance with the laws and regulations of the countries involved.

Your role

  • Preparing for executing the declaration/correction procedure in time, in accordance with the customs legislations and requirements.

  • Execute statistical customs and VAT reports.

  • Helpdesk for internal customers inquiries.

  • Executing (updating) Customs table management.

  • Flagging possible problems and escalate when applicable.

You're the right fit if

  • You're a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies.

  • You are fluent in English (at least B2)   

  • You are available to work at least 32 – 40 hours/week

  • You have basic knowledge level of Excel and Word 

  • You demonstrate willingness to learn and ability to work independently, while being a team player at heart
