About the Role:

As a Senior Program Manager - Operations at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling operations within our Product and Engineering organization. You’ll partner with global teams across various timezones and leadership to manage complex dependencies, improve communication channels, and oversee high-impact projects. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, a passion for communication excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Communication Management

    • Manage communication needs for the Product ARR Groups, identifying gaps and implementing solutions.

    • Develop and maintain newsletters, QBR decks, and weekly updates that focus on actionable outcomes.

    • Ensure clear and consistent communication across global teams.

  • Tactical Planning

    • Plan and organize cross-team events, including town halls and data collection for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

    • Align organizational goals with team-level objectives using frameworks like OKRs.

    • Gather and analyze employ feedback to address key issues

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Drive initiatives to improve collaboration across Product and Engineering leadership.

    • Support projects that foster alignment and action on operational goals such as cost-of-goods-sold (COGS).

  • Project Management

    • Oversee critical non-engineering global projects, create frameworks for successful execution, and monitor progress.

    • Partner with program managers to consolidate and present data for decision-making

  • Data-Driven Decision Support

    • Leverage analytics to assist leadership in making data-informed decisions.

    • Provide visibility into resource management, recruitment processes, and performance metrics.

    • Focus on developing measurable outcomes through data analysis and process improvement.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field, 

  • 8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in program/project management

  • Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.

  • Ability to work effectively and communicate with leadership at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adept at managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across various timezones.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Drive,  Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Coupa.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $185,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
