We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team.

About this Role (Responsibilities)

A Data Scientist within our Generative AI Team is sought to develop and maintain key data and scripting elements for AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar field who is eager to apply strong Python skills to real-world AI applications. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows and support the creation of new, stand-alone AI products.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive automation initiatives and support digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scripts and applications will be developed to support company-wide AI initiatives, including app scripting, website development, document automation, and video walkthroughs.
• Collaboration will occur with various departments to create and maintain a centralized system for documenting and controlling applications.
• Assistance will be provided in integrating generative AI solutions into larger workflows and products.
• Contributions will be made to the creation of stand-alone generative AI products aimed at full licensing or commercial sale.
• Documentation and development of protocols related to compliance and risk will be supported within the innovation and data management team.
  
  

About You (Skills and Experience):

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with other programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and frameworks is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing accurate and reliable results.

• Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to contribute to cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration within a team structure.
