Job Description Summary
Primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to the sellers that we work with and the customer through use case workshops, in-depth discoveries, sales presentations remote and in person, as well as Group demonstrations, and recording of videos. Assists the PIE sellers in assessing potential application of PIE products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions. May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex customer problems. Essentially, in the role of an SC you will be responsible to conduct any number of activities to get to a Tech Win. We are seeking individuals that are naturally curious, not afraid to ask questions, and productively work in a close team environment as well as on their own.
Job Description
As a creative problem-solving solution consultant for the Personalization, Insights and Engagement (PIE) Solution Led Organization, you will have the chance to guide solutions for client experience (CX) problems facing the largest enterprises in the world as well as Mid Market and SMB customers. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects’ most meaningful business problems. You will drive all discussions to tailored use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of the Adobe Experience Platform in the customer’s daily work stream. In this role you will master the challenges faced within all industries as well as the Experience Platform architecture and how it solves these challenges.
You will be supporting multiple complex solutions through constant enablement, and increasing your knowledge about solutions you currently support while enabling on new solutions that you will support in the near future. You will be expected to conform to a Center of Excellence as a Solution Led SC and frequently present to small and large teams.
Industry Focus
The Solution Consulting team is responsible for guiding and delivering the most creative solutions to any Industry as we are not broken down by verticals. This makes a Solution Consultant role exciting and challenging.
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience with enterprise marketing technology (CMS, DAM, Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Email, Account Based Marketing, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs etc…) Solutions supported will be Adobe's AEP Platform that consists of RTCDP B2C B2B B2P, CJA B2C B2B, Target, AJO B2B, B2C.
- Soft skills - fearlessly curious about our customers business and be able to conduct discussions with anyone about Adobe technologies as well as other 3rd party technologies and an ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas and simply them.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Must be collaborative and working with our teams as well as outside teams is a must.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, presentation, leadership, mentorship and enablement
- Exceptional listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, exceptionally hands-on in all the work you’re doing
- Organized, able to manage multiple work streams at once and multi-task
- You are a curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on projects and be productive with minimal mentorship
- High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
Ideal Skills & Background
- Five years in a technical pre-sales, consulting or in a digital marketing environment with advanced technologies like the ones that you will be supporting on the Adobe Experience Platform.
- Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.
- Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations (i.e., Adobe XD, Photoshop, PowerPoint or Keynote)
- Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to your teammates and supporting our customers needs
Requirement: Ability to travel up to 50%
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,600 -- $229,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
