Your mission?
As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships that result in increased sales and customer acquisition. You will focus on generating and qualifying leads, establishing strong connections with potential clients, and facilitating the sales process to enhance revenue growth.
What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and direct contact with prospects.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
- Make cold calls and send personalized emails to capture the attention of potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Continuously follow up on interactions with prospects, keeping records updated in the CRM.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and proposing improvements in processes.
- Maintain a proactive attitude to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Job Requirements?💻
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative in identifying opportunities.
- High learning capacity and curiosity to understand customer and market needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at different levels.
- Strong work ethic, focusing on integrity and responsibility.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
