About the Role:

The Data Quality Specialist at LexisNexis Risk Solutions is responsible for delivering end-to-end client service, ensuring timely delivery of services and acting as a liaison for client contract reviews.

Responsibilities: 

  • Providing end to end client service to contacts to ensure services received timely.

  • Liaison for review of client contracts.

  • Operating within the Customer Support function, either as a generalist or across multiple disciplines.

  • Developing proficiency in a range of processes and procedures through job-related training and hands-on experience.

  • Working within established processes, procedures, and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrating proficiency in a range of analytical and technical processes or procedures to complete assigned tasks.

  • Possessing a solid understanding of how the team collaborates with other departments to achieve overall objectives.

  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Applying problem-solving skills and innovative mindset to perform moderately complex and varied tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ability to impact the quality and efficiency of own work, contributing positively to team performance and objectives.

  • Effective communication skills to exchange information clearly and professionally; ability to use tact and diplomacy in dealing with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
