The opportunity
The Career Services Team Lead supports a career services operational segment and all staff employed therein. You will manage the development, implementation, and outcomes of the team processes, solves issues that arise, and handles managerial decisions with department leadership. Additionally, the Career Services Team Lead develops and completes metrics and reports to demonstrate progression and outcomes of each goal, project, and initiative that is assigned to the team.
This is a remote friendly position (#LI-Remote). You will report to the Director of Career Advising
In this Role:
- You will help us lead productivity, strengthening, and developing operational model and goals for outreach and engagement.
- You will help us provide guidance and feedback to SNHU undergraduate and graduate students needing assistance with their career paths and professional development.
- You will use daily reporting from operational metrics page, Five 9, and Salesforce to drive team performance.
- You will coach individual team members towards increased effectiveness and maintain quality assurance oversight of members within their teams to ensure the communication of accurate information and guidance to students, and the use of best practices.
- You will coach team members on new processes, procedures, and projects.
- You will help us support the Career Services department in reaching established goals and measurements.
- You will collaborate with other company partners on a variety of projects.
What we're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading a team towards meeting and exceeding their goals.
- Experience in career services/higher education, notably experiential learning, academic engagement, employer relations.
- Experience with relevant technology platforms (Handshake, Salesforce, uConnect)

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $56,752.00 - $90,821.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $62,712.00 - $84,846.00.
