Overview: 

Join CCMSI, a leader in the claims management industry, as a Multi-Line Claim Representative II  in a fully remote role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced claims professional to manage diverse and complex claims while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

A valid adjuster’s license and a minimum of 5 years of experience handling General Liability (GL) and/or Bodily Injury (BI) claims is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing claims from open to close, with experience in both non-litigated and litigated claims. Experience in the hospitality industry and premises liability is highly desirable.

• Investigate and adjust assigned multi-line claims (General Liability and Bodily Injury) in compliance with CCMSI’s corporate standards and established procedures.
• Manage claims from initial investigation to resolution, including non-litigated and litigated files.
• Review and assess medical, legal, and other relevant documentation to determine claim validity and ensure accurate payments.
• Negotiate settlements directly with claimants, attorneys, and vendors within the scope of client authorization.
• Partner with defense attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Monitor subrogation claims for resolution and ensure timely reporting to excess insurers.
• Prepare detailed reports on claim activity, payments, reserves, and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality claims service that meets or exceeds client expectations.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of multi-line claims handling, including General Liability and Bodily Injury claims. Experience with premises liability and the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Licensing: Valid adjuster’s license is required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Must demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach to managing a diverse caseload.
• Education: Associate’s degree preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
