At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.
This role is a part time position and will be scheduled for 30 hours per week.

The RPA Developer will play a key role within the GoDaddy FDAT (Finance Data, Automation, and Technology) Department by supporting, implementing and maintaining automation throughout the Company. This role is tasked to drive the adoption of automation solutions by articulating technology, value, and service offerings to both business and technical users. The right person will identify and foreshadow potential breaks, issues or failures to existing automations while being able to fix and resolve issues in a timely manner.
What you'll get to do...
- Supports GoDaddy’s RPA Automation from end to end, including solution architecture, team management, maintenance and development
- Works with and coordinates 4 existing RPA automations on UiPath Orchestrator and Studio, effectively resolving common and complex failures
- Forwarding thinking with ability to repair automation processes in non-prod environments before they arise in prod
- Maintains strict testing schedules to ensure Prod runs are run without issue
- Understands all the stages of the Automation journey, and leads team to identify and assess automation opportunities with business collaborators
- Collaborates with partners and team members to conduct high-level process assessments and use cases to support automation
- Acts as a liaison for business collaborators and critical issues where necessary
- Anticipates, identifies, tracks, and resolves technical issues, risks, and opportunities affecting our automations
- Understands and consistently applies current application development methodologies
- Contributes to documentation and GoDaddy standards to develop skills and abilities
- Continues to support the team and developers in their professional development by providing guidance on standard methodologies for RPA
Your experience should include...
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement or process consultancy with exposure to digital transformation programs
- Licenses: UiPath Automation Solution Architect Developer preferred
- Experience working as a senior business analyst for an RPA Automation Program
- Sophisticated knowledge of Workday Financials with hands-on implementation experience
- Demonstrable experience in effectively leading and implementing change in sophisticated organizations
- Proven expertise in building positive relationships with a diverse range of collaborators; demonstrated ability to engage with customers in a client-centered manner
