Job description

• Executa a configuração do monitoramento de eventos

• Executei limites aprovados pela BASF e requisitos de criação de incidentes

• Incidente proativo na Tech Mahindra Systems

• Coordenar diretamente com o usuário final ou digitalização em equipes regionais, equipes de serviço e contatos do local para triagem

• Resolução remota de tíquetes de incidentes de ponta a ponta

• Coordenação com equipes de engenharia de campo, incluindo treinamento e acesso necessários

• Coordenação com equipes OEM TAC

• Coordenação com a equipe de recebíveis da BASF Shipping

• Gerenciamento de estoque de reposição local / regional

• Resolução automática de tíquetes de incidentes

• CMDB atualizado e ferramentas de gerenciamento de ativos

• Participar do MIM e definir e executar Solução Alternativa/Correção

• Restante das responsabilidades, conforme definido no processo de Gerenciamento Normal de Incidentes
