Description

WTWH Media is seeking a Revenue Support Analyst to assist with the sales and finance operations for our Salesforce implementation. The role will work closely with sales to support technologies, processes and tools. This role will require both sales and financial acumen associated with a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will proactively work to accelerate deal closure and be a key supporting role of the “deal desk” at WTWH Media. This role will help to ensure that deals adhere to corporate policies and remain compliant while partnering with sales to deliver revenue growth timely and efficiently. This role will report into Finance and will work closely with Sales to streamline consistent deal structure. This collaborative role will work closely with cross-functional teams within WTWH.


Responsibilities:

  • Working with and training the sales team end-users on creating and troubleshooting deals within CPQ.
  • Validating that deal structure aligns to company requirements, and is correct for reporting purposes.
  • Proactively working to accelerate deal closure by partnering with and training the sales team to ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures. 
  • Navigating the nuances of each customer's and salesperson’s needs, contributing to flexible deal strategies.
  • Monitoring workflows to ensure data quality and throughput for approvals and exception processing.
Requirements
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, contracts, finance, strategy, or related fields; preferred experience at a B2B company or media/agency company
  • Strong initiative to solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of contracts, terms and conditions and other governing documents for commercial relationships
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, solve problems, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team
  • High-level of computer proficiency with Microsoft/Google docs/sheets
  • Superior attention to detail, the ability to develop and monitor processes and procedures, and a desire for accuracy in job performance
