Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Eastern (11PM - 8AM Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break

Job Description for Tax Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Assist tax preparers in document preparation and report generation
  • Manage and organize client information within the company’s portal system
  • Ensure all necessary client documents are properly filed and accessible
  • Support the customer service team with document-related queries
  • Maintain accurate records of all tax-related paperwork


Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with tax documents and basic tax terminology
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and database management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during tax season
