Job Description
Incrivel Soft is seeking experienced Oracle OSM professionals (both Developers and Architects) to join our team for global projects based in India. We are looking for individuals with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle OSM solutions, industry best practices, and telecom domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Develop end-to-end OSM solutions (both technical and functional) with minimal supervision.
- Requirement Analysis: Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and perform high-level solution designs.
- Project Management: Manage scope, schedules, resource planning, and risk assessments.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure, test, and tune OSM for optimal functionality, performance, and capacity.
- Knowledge Transfer: Lead customer training sessions and document operational procedures.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate BSS/OSS stacks with 3rd-party systems as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in OSM Cartridges, Design Studio, UIM, and ASAP.
- Familiarity with Oracle CRM (Siebel), BRM, and basic SOA, AIA, and PIPS knowledge.
- Understanding of eTOM standards and WebLogic administration.
- Proficient in protocols such as SOAP, HTTP, TCP/IP, SQL, Java, XSLT, etc.
- Experience with high-availability clustering.
- Telecom domain knowledge in Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP, IPTV, etc.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a consultative approach to address diverse client needs.
