 Join Our Team as a Compliance Administrator! 

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards? We’re seeking a Compliance Administrator to support our growing team at an established education recruitment company. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring our candidates are fully compliant and ready to make an impact in schools across the UK!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Ensuring Candidate Compliance: Manage the full compliance process for candidates, including document verification and DBS checks.
  • Maintaining Standards: Work in line with REC and KCSIE guidelines.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee a compliance pipeline of 350 candidates annually, ensuring timely updates and processing.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Compile audit preparation, run compliance reporting, and provide feedback to the Operations Manager.
  • Collaborative Communication: Confidently engage with consultants to address compliance needs and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Key Tasks:
    • Complete DBS and Health Risk Assessments.
    • Handle references and update expiring documents.
    • Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and investigations.




Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 1-5 years in education recruitment compliance.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with REC/KCSIE guidelines and full compliance processes.
  • Skills: Confident communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Attitude: Friendly, collaborative, and eager to grow with the business.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm UK time during term time.
  • Adjusted hours during holidays (8 am - 3:30 pm UK time).
