Job Title
Customer Order Intern with English

Job Description

The team is responsible for supporting the implementation and improvement of the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales process in DACH region.

Your role:

  • Supporting the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked

  • Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization

  • Updating relevant systems with actual data & creating and updating relevant reports

  • Supporting team in defining areas for process improvements.


You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies

  • You are available to work at least 25h/ week

  • You are fluent in English (at least B2), German language will be an added value (however it's not a must)

  • You have computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office), good communication and analytical skills
