Order Management Intern

Job Description

Your role:

  • Managing sales orders.

  • Processing order activities or changes in SAP.

  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Factories, and other departments within Philips).

  • Providing excellent customer service for our customers.

  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner.


You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You have good MS Office skills.

  • You are available to work at least 30h/ week

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
