We’re looking for an Integrations Manager to successfully design and manage integrations between our customer's systems and our platform. In this role, you will lead a small team of Integration Specialists and work together with our Customer Success and R&D teams to execute technical implementations. This is a 100% remote position (hybrid available for candidates in the NYC area). Eastern time zone hours required. No sponsorship available at this time. 


What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of Integration Specialists (In EMEA and Americas)
  • Lead customer integration projects through design, development, and delivery
  • Build design and documents for ensuring integration best practices and patterns
  • Work closely with the integration R&D team to ensure a high standard implementation
  • Work with customer's systems and data security teams to supply project deliverables on time 
  • Work closely with customers, manage calls, tasks, and relationships with technical stakeholders
  • Solve technical issues that arise during onboarding and ongoing support as customers mature
  • Report to the company CCO, work together on the integration strategy and vision from the customer needs perspective



What We Need

  • 4+ years of experience working with integration platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Mulesoft, or others.
  • Fast learning of systems and APIs that we integrate with 
  • Previous experience with RESTful, knowledge of SOAP APIs - a plus
  • Experience with industry web security protocols (e.g., SAML, Open ID/OAuth)
  • Hands on experience integrating with databases – using Stored procedures, Views, and so on.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and coaching teams to success

  • Target salary range of $125k-$150k. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including prior experience, value add, and location, and may vary from the amount above.
