From day one you'll join our team and begin using lean methodologies to steadily deliver customer value.  You'll be responsible for the delivery of high quality well-documented features as well as create and maintain reusable test automation infrastructures. You will also be a participant in the full software lifecycle, from feature definition to design and implementation.  You and your team will be challenged to work together to continuously improve our methodologies and accelerate the value of our product.

ABOUT YOU

  • Academic Degree: BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent

  • Professional Experience:  7+ years

Special Knowledge:

As a team member, you'll be responsible for the overall quality and high level of customer satisfaction of the CONNX family of products.  As a full-fledged contributor in a team-directed, relaxed, and flexible environment, you'll have plenty of opportunity to make a difference, both in your team and across the organization.

IT Skills:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Track record of building high quality, performant, scalable, reliable, supportable, usable and secure solutions and test frameworks

  • Proven ability to design and implement automated test suites

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to put the customer and product quality first

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Thorough attention to detail and commitment to quality

 Languages:

  • Solid knowledge in Software Quality Assurance Methodologies.

  • Experience with writing automated tests using open source for automation frameworks

  • SQL, C# and/or VB, PowerShell scripting, Python

  • Familiarity with Test Automation Tools.  Knowledge of Selenium a plus

  • Dominant Standards exposure: e.g., XML, HTML, HTTP, JMS, REST/JSON

  • Experience with Docker a plus

  • Linux/Unix experience a plus

Additional Requirements/ Soft Skills:

  • Must be a strong designer, able to efficiently reuse and extend existing automation infrastructure and testing environments. 

  • Experience with databases, security and browser-based clients.

  • Leadership abilities and good judgment based on experience, analytic skills and business domain knowledge; decisive yet pragmatic.

  • Collaborative working style, familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $164,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and award agreements.
