As an Account Manager, you will be a key partner for our clients, guiding them from onboarding through to contract renewal. Your mission? To ensure our clients fully understand the value of our services and have an exceptional experience working with us. You'll work closely with a range of clients, offering insights that empower their teams to make informed decisions and drive success.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of large accounts, aligning our platform’s benefits with clients’ business needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute detailed account-based business plans and forecasts to drive client growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships across various lines of business, acting as a trusted advisor and key partner for client success.
- Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value of our solutions, ensuring clients maximize their usage.
- Revenue Delivery: Deliver accurate forecasting and meet revenue targets by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Compliance: Ensure ISO 27001 training is attended and all mandatory documents are read to ensure working practices comply.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technology-based enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, data, or analytics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Initiative-taking with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with supply chain, commodities, or market intelligence is a plus but not required.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is required.
