Telecommunications Analyst III

Who We’re Looking For:

Our client is seeking an experienced Telecommunication Analyst III to support the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of telecommunications infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting DOC’s communication systems, including telephones, mobile devices, and video conferencing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunication technologies, networking concepts, and video conferencing solutions, with a focus on providing excellent support to our client's partners and individuals in their care.

Responsibilities:

Telecommunications Support: Provide installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for telephones, mobile devices, and video conferencing solutions.

Infrastructure Management: Manage and support Cisco infrastructure, Mitel VoIP PBX, and other telecommunication technologies.

Video Conferencing Systems: Oversee video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management for platforms like Webex, Zoom, and similar technologies.

Mobile Device Support: Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices using tools such as AirWatch and Apple Business Management.

Networking Support: Troubleshoot and manage networking components, including SIP, H323, VoIP, and other telecom-related technologies.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support services.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience (2–5 years):

Experience managing video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints.

Strong knowledge of unified communication systems such as Webex, PBX, and ACD.

Experience supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices.

Familiarity with networking concepts such as CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, and VoIP technologies.

Soft Skills:

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex telecom-related issues.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

Must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin prior to the start date (at their own expense).
