Business Partner Manager (German language) – Mercedes-Benz Cars

Full-time, Germany or Europe, virtual

In this role you will be responsible for a broad variety of tasks with a focus on internal/external client stakeholder communication, including newsletters and/or intranet posting/maintenance.

As a Business Partner Manager (German Language) You Will

  • Inform travelers about process changes, expected travel disruptions, system downtimes, and errors, etc.
  • Provide support with travel processes, the publication of user guides and training material (i.e. posts, guides, videos etc.)
  • Manage the appropriate communication to induce travelers to comply with preferred booking options (nudging/steering).
  • Provide communication content via different channels (this may include newsletters, website posts, system banners and messages in the booking and/or expense tools or individual communication) in close collaboration with BCD Travel Program Management and its consultancy partner Advito
  • Assess travel needs together with business units (eg new destinations and/or special requirements)
  • Support travelers for all kind of business travel related concerns and issues
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and saving potentials
  • Support the Senior Business Partner Manager on day-to-day activities, projects and program alignment/steering.

About You

  • Good understanding of the corporate travel industry and the processes involved (a background in Travel Operations, Program Management or client related support functions desired)
  • Excellent internal/external stakeholder/supplier communication skills in both English and German language
  • Very good knowledge of social networks and communication platforms.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical and strategic approach to work
