You will enable and help grow a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Rides vertical. Your ability to understand specific market context, maintain a strong network of potential partners and project manage deals throughout their life cycle including implementation would be key attributes for your success in the role.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Leading discussion with key stakeholders (such as country and regional management) on developing organic and inorganic business cases across the mobility spectrum;</point>
- <point>Heading the execution of complex and cross border investment related to our Rides vertical growth;</point>
- <point>Leading the execution team within the Business development organization and manage the team staffing and prioritization;</point>
- <point>Engaging and lead strategic discussions with potential partners, co-investors and financial institutions;</point>
- <point>Executing high impact transactions including partnerships, new ventures and other structured investments that catalyze our strategic roadmap such as: OEM and vehicle financing partnerships, captive structures investments and financing (across EMEA, Asia, Americas), Electrification related investments across markets;</point>
- <point>Traveling 10-20% of the time depending on the projects in the pipeline.</point>

- <point>You have more than 7 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, VC space or corporate development;</point>
- <point>You have solid analytical, presentation and modeling skills;</point>
- <point>You have uncompromising attention to detail and sense of ownership;</point>
- <point>You are a driven person, who knows how to pace yourself and have fun;</point>
- <point>Knowledge on tech & mobility industry is an advantage.</point>
