Please note-this is a hybrid role working from our Vancouver, BC office.
Base salary range for this position is $110,000-$115,000 CAD annually.

Accolade is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help drive engagement with our products and services among our member base via actionable reporting and insights. As part of our analytics team, you’ll partner closely with marketing and product management to deliver strategic analyses focused on marketing and growth, with an end goal of driving revenue and connecting our members to the right healthcare offerings. 

This role requires exceptional quantitative and critical thinking skills as well as a strong understanding of marketing and product analytics. This is a high-visibility role and the ability to communicate complex findings and actionable insights clearly to an executive-level audience is a must. In addition, this individual must be able to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Own reporting and analytics for growth and member marketing for our Advocacy product offering, including email and mail campaign reporting and data on the user journey 

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing and finance to define and track key marketing metrics such as acquisition costs and return on spend  

  • Deliver actionable insights around growth opportunities, inefficiencies and user pain points, leading to campaign and funnel optimizations 

  • Partner with product management on end-to-end funnel analytics and marketing attribution within our web and app-based products 

  • Help design and measure performance of marketing tests to improve our targeting, creative, and calls to action 

  • Design compelling data visualizations in Tableau and Qlik that empower business leaders to make strategic decisions 

  • Collaborate with engineering to improve our marketing data quality  

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience including 2+ years in marketing analytics, preferably with channels including email and direct mail 

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (Redshift, MySQL) 

  • Expertise in dashboard development using BI tools such as Tableau or QlikSense 

  • Experience with A/B testing, including statistical hypothesis testing methodologies  

  • Familiarity with Python or R for complex analyses 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus 

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics a plus
