Overview:

We are currently seeking a Software Sales Representative to join our highly successful team in Serbia and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

This role is a full-time, 6 month long contract with a possibility of extending further.  

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity records for the assigned region using CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Prospect new B2B customers and build business relationships.
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in collaboration with Field Sales/Pre-Sales teams..
  • Identify and qualify leads, utilizing new customer databases and other sources.
  • Manage and track all sales activities in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Offer product- or business unit-specific expertise to potential customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities for a defined set of products and services within Unified Endpoint Management.
  • Stay up to date on new products, technologies, and services.
  • Promote and position key strategic product and service offerings.
  • Focus on customers who are not currently using any part of the KACE portfolio.
  • Sell a broad range of software solutions, recommending business solutions that align with customer needs and Quest’s interests.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Engage with end users via phone, email, and field sales for on-site engagement where required.
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a Sales Representative is a plus.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
