POSITION SUMMARY: 
The National Partner Dispatch Administrator serves as the primary liaison between Freedom Forever and Finance Partners to manage all field service dispatch requests, ensure efficient coordination, and oversee accuracy in invoice processing. This role ensures seamless communication, accurate documentation, and prompt resolution of open dispatch requests. The administrator will lead the effort to uphold high standards of service delivery, compliance with partnership agreements, and financial accountability 
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    • Receive, review, and process escalated dispatch requests from Sunrun to Freedom Forever. 
     
    • Prioritize, and monitor service dispatches, ensuring adherence to response time expectations and customer satisfaction goals. 
     
    • Track the status of active dispatches and provide regular updates to both parties through appropriate systems, such as the Partner Portal. 
     
    • Ensure all dispatches include accurate and comprehensive information, including customer contact details, site specifics, and service instructions. 
     
    • Review and validate all invoices submitted by Freedom Forever for non-warranty service work to ensure alignment with Sunrun's financial responsibility guidelines. 
     
    • Ensure all invoices are linked to their respective Field Service Dispatch (FSD) numbers and approved findings. 
     
    • Address discrepancies in invoices by coordinating with both internal teams and external partners for resolution. 
     
    • Monitor and ensure timely submission of estimates and invoices per contractual requirements. 
     
    • Act as the single point of contact for dispatch-related inquiries and escalations. 
     
    • Facilitate regular status update meetings between Sunrun and Freedom Forever to review outstanding dispatches, performance metrics, and mutual feedback. 
     
    • Maintain up-to-date records of all service requests, completed dispatches, and associated costs. 
     
    • Ensure dispatch operations comply with contractual obligations, including response times and warranty terms. 
     
    • Support audits by providing required data and reports to stakeholders
     
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve dispatch workflows, reduce response times, and enhance service quality. 
     
    • Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring service issues or process bottlenecks. 
     
    • Stay updated on system enhancements and ensure teams are adequately trained on new tools or processes and have access to needed systems.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
  
Education & Certifications: 
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant certifications, or focused trainings desired
     
Experience: 
    • 3+ years of Solar and/or Service Administration experience
     
  
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  
    • Strong understanding of field service operations, warranty processes, and invoice validation. 
     
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, with external partners and internally at Freedom Forever. 
     
    • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. 
     
    • Proficiency in partner management platforms, CRM tools, and financial systems. 
     
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, high-volume environment. 
     
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with peers and work cross-functionally as needed.  
     
    • A willingness to work weekends and after hours as required by the business. 
     
    • Strong spelling, grammar, formatting, and writing skills. 
     
    • Ability to understand and review various documentation types such as Standard Operating Procedures, templates, waivers, agreements, etc. 
     
    • Proficient in the creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets. 
     
    • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation; ability to take initiative to investigate source issues independently with minimal direction, utilize resources, and navigate complex situations.  
     
    • Innovative and forward-thinking mindset; always analyzing systems and processes for potential improvements
     
  
Special Skills & Training:  
    • Strong proficiency with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite; working knowledge of project management software, CRMs, ERPS, etc.
