What we’re looking for:
The Capital Markets Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day confirmation of all trading activity both inside TradeWeb, and out while accurately logging each transaction in the system of record. The Analyst will assist in all methods of loan sales from commitment to delivery, to purchase. The Analyst will also assist in ensuring all MBS pools are delivered, certified, and settled on time and as expected. Further duties will include assisting the pricing team in daily rate sheet generation, product development, and managing changes through appropriate IT channels.
This is a remote opportunity to work from home.
What You’ll Do: 
This role will support the efforts of two teams in Capital Markets: Trading and Pricing.
Trading Activities:
  • Entering all trade details into hedging analytics software system.
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and reviews as needed for all loans sales, including but not limited to: Best Efforts, bulk, co-issue, AOT, and securitization.
  • Provide support to trading team as requested to include trade preparation, pair-offs, and generating AOT’s.
  • Manage margin call process from confirmation of trade value to posting of collateral.
  • Understand and communicate changes in observed pull-through activity and make informed model updates.
  • Create reports that track daily, monthly, and quarterly trading activity.
  • Assist in pool creation from best execution to pool delivery.
  • Monitor all commitments (Changes, expirations, cancellations) and communicate updates to senior staff members while accurately recording changes in all reporting systems.
  • Other duties as required.
Pricing Activities:
  • Support daily/intra-day rate sheet generation and all related reporting activities.
  • Assist Pricing Manager in maintaining accuracy of internal pricing engine to improve system processes and performance.
  • Aid lock desk staff by ensuring all relevant policies are adhered to on an as needed basis.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as directed by Capital Markets leadership.
What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ year capital markets, pricing, or lock desk experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics preferred.
  • Working knowledge of mortgage capital markets basics.
  • Experience with mortgage origination systems/product pricing engines.
  • Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point experience preferred.
  • SQL, VBA experience preferred, not required.
  • Detail oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Compensation: 
Target annual compensation for this position is $70,000 – $80,000.
