Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the strategic brand, content, and demand generation efforts across our core brands: Cisive, PreCheck, and Driver iQ. This role will oversee all demand generation and account-based marketing activities. This role is responsible for building cohesive marketing strategies that drive engagement, managing demand generation programs, and promoting brand awareness. This role will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all marketing activities and campaigns.

This role will oversee all campaigns, content creation, social media, events, and account-based marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing strategy across Cisive, PreCheck, and Driver iQ.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Lead content marketing efforts, including developing and distributing high-quality content to drive awareness and leads.
  • Manage demand generation programs, such as email marketing, webinars, paid media, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Build and execute account-based marketing program. 
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze marketing metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive marketing automation and CRM initiatives for lead nurturing.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Coach and lead a team of marketing professionals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in corporate marketing required, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments. 
  • Healthcare or Background Screening experience is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in brand management, content strategy, and demand generation.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
