Schedule and Time Off:

  • This Digital Marketing Coordinator position is remote, but if the candidate is close to the Carpinteria office we'd love to have a few Marketing Team Meet-Ups.
  • We are hiring in any state, but the candidate will need to be available to work at there preferred time between 7 AM-9 AM Monday-Friday Pacific time.
  • We offer 10 days of vacation your first year, and each year you gain an additional day. Each year, you'll be earning more vacation time at a faster rate.
  • Every associate gets 13 paid and closed holidays each year.
  • Associates receive 48 hours of sick time which rolls-over each year.

What Will You Do?

Reporting to the Digital Commerce Leader, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will act as the day-to-day  contact for the configuration and execution of marketing campaigns that deliver reliable and scalable digital commerce experiences that delight end-users in their simplicity, while achieving long-term business growth and profitability targets. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across: 

  • Marketing campaign execution
  • Analytics collection and reporting
  • Multi-channel content development

Essential Job Functions

In collaboration with other members of the Digital Commerce Pod and with internal or external resources as needed:

  • Shape Strategy - Collaborate with other team members to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and identify opportunities to optimize conversion and/or the customer journey.
  • Manage Campaigns – Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, primarily social media, email, SEO, and content marketing. 
  • Manage Content & Social Media – Create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media assets, that build brand awareness and engagement while ensuring adherence to defined brand standards. Develop and present social media strategies to the Digital Commerce Leader, create annual and monthly calendar, and execute against plan.
  • Project Management -  Coordinate meetings, record detailed notes, and send follow-up emails summarizing decisions, action items, and responsible owners.
  • Measure Performance - Monitor and report on campaign performance trends. Research past campaigns to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement. Speak knowledgeably about KPIs to internal stakeholders in weekly campaign performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience with digital marketing and/or ecommerce websites.
  • Minimum two years of project management or project team experience.
  • Experience creating and updating webpages and landing pages using CMS systems such as WordPress. Familiarity with HTML.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, CTV, streaming audio, affiliate and/or content marketing. Hands on experience working within online marketing tools and ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of the customer journey from new leads to loyal customers and the role that digital and omni-channel marketing plays in developing that relationship.
  • Understanding of common digital KPI’s, ability to read and interpret campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Copywriting, graphic design and/or image editing skills preferred.
  • Strong communication, project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
