Identify, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) SME

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Administrator / OIAM DBA to support our work with a federal client. This is a REMOTE role and is open to US Citizens ONLY. 

Successful candidates must possess ACTIVE Secret Clearance. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop authentication and identity management solutions with a focus on advanced security measures
• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Architect secure applications and implement design best practices to fortify organizational assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application and system security
• Provide leadership in shaping identity management policies and processes

Required Skills & Proficiency Levels:

• Authentication & Identity Management: Intermediate (P2)
• Cybersecurity Risk Management: Intermediate (P2)
• Application Security Architecture and Design: Intermediate (P2)

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in identity management, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Proven ability to design secure systems while adhering to industry best practices
• Familiarity with federal security frameworks or compliance standards
