This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM AEDT
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads campaigns simultaneously, ensuring peak performance and ROI
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement advanced targeting techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Optimize landing pages in collaboration with web development teams to enhance conversion rates
  • Provide regular, insightful performance reports to clients, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing approaches and cohesive strategies
  • Contribute to the agency’s growth by sharing knowledge and innovative ideas with team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into effective strategies
  • Experience managing substantial ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other relevant tools for performance tracking and reporting
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay updated with industry trends and innovations
  • Experience working with clients across various industries is highly desirable
