Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Intake Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in managing client communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient message delivery across various service areas, including Social Security Disability (SSDI) cases, Ponzi scheme recovery assistance, and real estate consultations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake calls to assess client needs for Social Security Disability (SSDI) cases.
  • Schedule client appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Relay critical messages from clients to designated firm contacts, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients across diverse service areas, including SSDI, Ponzi scheme recoveries, and real estate.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in client services, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SSDI, financial/legal services, or real estate sectors is a plus.
