To join our team as Field Supervisor. You will lead a team which ensures smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients.  Monitor the team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets to achieve profitability, productivity, and growth targets. Reports to management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Assists in developing long-range financial and nonfinancial objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability. Understands trade-ally, customer, and client requirements. Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and initiatives as needed.

Directly supervise mid-level staff responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:

  • Coordination and communication

  • Delivery and quality assurance with adherence to program guidelines

  • Project and/or process management

  • Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support

  • Develop and maintain training manuals and train staff based upon reviewing quality of work

  • Provide input and status updates to program staff. Coordinates with training on certifications for employees based upon program guidelines.

  • Travel throughout a defined territory as needed to act as local program and company representative to customers and contractors, and to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers (Anticipated to be less than 10% of the time)

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • BPI certification

  • 2-6 years relevant industry technical certification/training required

  • 0-3 years people management

  • Experience working in an office setting either in-person or remotely

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications…

  • HVAC/R and/or residential construction experience

  • Experience using Salesforce

  • Experience using Microsoft Office
