Web3 Partnership Manager – Tuumio


What is the role?

A Web3 Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling partnerships in the Web3 ecosystem, which is centred around blockchain technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and other decentralized systems. .What you need to know


  • Knowledge of Web3 Technologies: Deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs, DAOs, DeFi, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with partners, developers, and community leaders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to identify valuable partnerships and craft win-win solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in tech or blockchain.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs, blockchain development frameworks, oracles, and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for negotiations, presentations, and community engagement.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in the fast-paced, constantly evolving Web3 environment.

 

 

Requirements:

1.       Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, NFTs, DAOs, and the DeFi ecosystem.

2.       Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.3.       Ability to evaluate and structure mutually beneficial partnerships.

4.       Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, especially with developers, projects, and industry leaders

.5.       Clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal, for negotiations and presentations.

6.       Familiarity with blockchain protocols, APIs, and decentralized platforms.

7.       Knowledge of tokenomics and Web3 development frameworks is a plus.

8.       Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.


Core Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Identify potential collaborators such as blockchain protocols, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and DAOs.
    • Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem.
    • Forge partnerships to integrate services, expand ecosystems, or co-develop decentralized solutions.
  2. Ecosystem Integration:
    • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate partners’ solutions into the company’s products.
    • Ensure seamless interoperability across blockchain networks and other Web3 tools like wallets, exchanges, and oracles.
  3. Community and Ecosystem Engagement:
    • Represent the organization in Web3 communities, forums, and DAOs.
    • Actively participate in conferences, hackathons, and meetups to grow the company's network.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Monitor trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments in the Web3 space.
    • Identify innovative projects and evaluate partnership opportunities.
  5. Negotiation and Execution:
    • Draft partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the execution of agreements.
    • Ensure that partnerships deliver measurable value and align with the company’s strategic goals.
  6. Collaboration Across Teams:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure partnership objectives are met.
    • Align partnership strategies with broader business goals and technical capabilities.
