We have an excellent opportunity for a Retirement Plan Consulting Operations Manager to assist advisors in supporting internal sales support, on-boarding new clients and providing ongoing client/advisor service for defined contribution and defined benefit plan opportunities. The Operations Manager position partners closely with RPC team and works directly with WEG advisors and internal compliance and suitability departments. (This is a remote work opportunity.)
The salary target for this role is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 depending on experience. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Primary Job Functions
Internal Sales Support and Onboarding Oversight
Provide excellent client and advisor experience during the sales and implementation phase for retirement plan opportunities.
Review new plan opportunity materials and generate/request proposals to provide to advisors/clients.
Complete plan provisions and set-up paperwork for plans
Participate in discussions with advisors and WEG clients to provide clarity around retirement plan solutions.
Vendor Management
Function as the primary liaison between recordkeeping partners and internal advisors and WEG clients.
Establish and maintain service support models with recordkeeping partners.
Collaborate closely with all other vendors to ensure error free flow of information and data between plans and systems.
Participate in recurring calls with vendors to develop and enhance ongoing service offerings.
Ongoing Retirement Plan Oversight
Provide ongoing support across all facets of retirement plan oversight, including compliance, administration, plan design, investments, fiduciary support, governance and employee education services.
Generate periodic plan reports using various investment analytical software and plan oversight tools.
Review plan demographics and present plan design concepts.
Create and support various participant education and guidance opportunities.
Product Enhancements
Works closely with the RPC team to develop, drive, and manage product strategies, objectives, priorities, and timeframes.
Build out and support established WEG corporate retirement plan solutions.
Construct retirement plan product or program definition and clarity, work with other departments to initiate enhanced solutions, and clearly communicate solutions across WEG’s team of advisors.
Identify new tools and resources, conduct analysis on effectiveness of tools.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Advisory, and Compliance to drive results and mitigate risks.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and five or more years of 401(k) industry experience preferred.
Strong understanding of retirement plan operations, procedures and regulations; Retirement Plan Credentials (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
