We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Title Salesperson to join our growing team in the Tri-State area. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of business development in a rapidly expanding market. You will be responsible for building relationships with key real estate professionals, such as brokers, lenders, and attorneys, while promoting our title insurance products and services. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets high-potential real estate professionals, including brokers, lenders, and law firms, within the New York and New Jersey markets.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continued business growth and loyalty.
  • Effectively present and articulate the value of our title insurance products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique benefits.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, expand your professional network, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress across opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to guarantee smooth operations, superior customer service, and seamless closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in title insurance sales within the New York/New Jersey markets, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth understanding of title insurance products, the real estate industry, and related regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
  • A well-established network within the real estate industry is highly desirable and will significantly contribute to success in this role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in meeting sales goals.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 Draw + Commission structure with the potential for significant earnings based on performance.
