What Are We Looking For?

  • Strategic leadership to drive overall events strategy and performance, including corporate, field, and partner events
  • Planning and execution of high-impact corporate events that enhance brand visibility and partner engagement
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align event goals with business objectives
  • Structure around evaluating event success metrics and implementation of improvements for future initiatives
  • Operational efficiency improvement by developing programmatic approaches and automation to accelerate time-to-market and increase team productivity
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale, global events with complex logistics and budgets

What Will You Do?

  • Develop event experience strategy, investment profile, and resource models for annual planning
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, budget management, vendor management, and on-site execution
  • Manage, coach, and inspire a team of event professionals to ensure successful event execution and operational excellence
  • Measure and analyze event performance metrics to optimize event strategies and improve ROI
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B software Events Marketing or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion through event programs
  • Strong understanding of complex go-to-market strategies to build purpose-fit event programming from awareness to acceleration
  • Proven experience working in a global or multi-regional capacity, with an understanding of diverse marketing and cultural nuances
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing programs based on data-driven insights
  • Strong people management skills at a senior level
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, or a related field

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

$195,000$293,000 USD
