The Client Executive is responsible for building, fostering, and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level client and partner contacts. This position entails understanding clients' unique needs, working with all bswift departments to deliver exceptional service, and serving as a strategic partner to help clients successfully execute their benefits programs. The primary objective is to drive client satisfaction based on quarterly NPS data, retention, and expansion, thereby contributing to securing bswift’s standing as the preeminent benefits administration organization in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management:
o Develop and nurture strong relationships with executive-level client contacts, acting as their trusted point of contact for 10-15 bswift clients
o Regularly engage with clients to understand their strategic business objectives, challenges, and evolving benefits needs
o Work with Client Services area and other departments as needed to proactively address any concerns or issues, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and loyalty
o Identify client opportunities to adopt additional bswift services which results in adding val-ue to clients' employee benefits programs
o Lead contract renewals for assigned clients and ensure bswift is well positioned for suc-cessful renewals with a 12-18 month runaway minimum
o Work with internal Data Analytics for benchmarking and position new products/services
o Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth
o Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on benefits program design in coordination with bswift system setup
o Build and/or participate in regular performance report-outs to internal executive leader-ship and clients via Stewardship Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase the value delivered through bswift services
o Client Consulting and Best Practice:
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on benefits program design, compli-ance, and regulatory matters
• Offer insights on industry trends and best practices, ensuring clients remain com-petitive in their benefits offerings based on available benchmarking data
• Identify opportunities to expand and upsell additional services to existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to pursue and secure new clients
• Client Advocacy and Conflict Resolution:
o Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing clients' interests and feed-back to internal teams
o Resolve any client escalations or conflicts leveraging applicable bswift departments in a diplomatic and effective manner
Skills and Qualifications:
• 15+ years of client management experience with a track record of significant success
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifica-tions are preferred).
• Proven experience in client relationship management, particularly with executive-level contacts, in the benefits domain and driving adoption of new products/services in an active growth environ-ment,
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with execu-tive contacts
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs
• Analytical skills to assess data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts simultane-ously

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $125,000-$175,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
