Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows in HubSpot.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by segmenting lists and setting up campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Generate and maintain detailed sheets and trackers to monitor key metrics and project progress.
  • Conduct data cleansing, import/export activities, and provide insights from CRM data.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and coordinate with the team for resolutions.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required.
  • B2B experience or understanding is a significant advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for creating and managing trackers.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Nice to have sales experience or willing to be trained as sales. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes in a B2B context.
  • Exposure to automation and integration tools within HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Nice to have: Sales experience or willingness to be trained in sales.
