Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location:

Salary Range:
up to 4,100 USD
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Position Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing procurement, logistics, and bookkeeping for AltRider. This role combines hands-on operational tasks with strategic oversight, requiring interaction with international suppliers, financial analysis, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management:
    • Generate and audit purchase orders.
    • Maintain clear communication with Asia-based factories and ensure adherence to production schedules.
    • Conduct quality assurance inspections and approve shipments.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    • Manage competitive freight quoting and track inbound shipments.
    • Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting:
    • Process invoices and handle payment approvals via QuickBooks.
    • Prepare quarterly tax reports and manage payroll submissions.
    • Monitor key financial metrics, including cash flow and inventory levels.
  • Product Development & Team Collaboration:
    • Participate in product design reviews and team meetings to align on operational priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in logistics, procurement, or bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for motorcycles is a bonus but not required.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with global vendor management.
  • Background in retail sporting goods or automotive industries.
