ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re looking for our next Marketing Analytics Specialist, who will be responsible for evaluating the impact of demand generation, campaigns, measuring end-to-end marketing funnel performance, producing reports/dashboards to monitor critical metrics. This role will perform advanced analyses to optimize marketing performance for business operation, planning and budgeting purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leveraging multi-sourced data and marketing principles to create descriptive and predictive analyses, perform A/B testing, multivariate testing, and develop customer segmentation and data systems to optimize marketing programs and initiatives
  • Supporting cross-channel marketing efforts (e.g., Affiliates, Prescreen, Paid Social/Search), providing insights to channel leads and the broader organization to drive growth.
  • Performing data-driven analyses and creating models to optimize direct marketing (DM) efforts, including name selection and relevant modeling techniques.
  • Define, compute, track and continuously validate KPIs/metrics such as CAC, ROI and Marketing Efficiency metrics
  • Individual contributor who is capable of influencing across the organization, including with executives, through analysis, high quality documentation and compelling presentations

  • ABOUT YOU
  • Master’s degree in a STEM or related field preferred
  • 1+ years experience performing high quality data and business analytics in the consumer lending space 
  • Working knowledge of Credit Risk principles; familiar with credit bureau data 
  • Experience building Machine Learning models, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques is a must
  • Coding experience in Python, MySQL, RStudio,Tableau etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
