About the role
As Director of Fraud Solutions, you'll shape the future of fraud prevention by guiding the strategic direction of our fraud-fighting technology. You'll own the entire solution lifecycle, from ideation and development to go-to-market strategy and client engagement.
Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:
- Be the Fraud Solution Owner and Go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Drive product development by defining the solution value proposition, requirements, resource planning, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), testing and PoCs.
- Contribute to FNA's growth as the pre-sales for all fraud engagements and support the sales pipeline development by identifying new market opportunities, TAM and ensuring product-market fit.
- Champion our fraud solutions through compelling demos, presentations, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with clients and prospects to understand their needs, provide guidance and tailor solutions to their specific challenges.
- Develop Client Solution Roadmaps (with Client Success), and incorporate the Solution into the FNA Product Development Roadmap.
- Assist marketing in the development of go-to-market strategy, targeted marketing campaigns, content/collateral and thought leadership.
- Develop and lead a Fraud Software Solutions team.

Who we’re looking for:
We're not looking for just any tech leader; You're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fraud, a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights, and a relentless drive to turn ideas into reality.
You'll fit right in if you bring:
- 8+ years experience defining end-to-end fraud program strategy, scoping problems, and designing solutions with internal and external stakeholders (product, engineering, sales) with proven execution.
- Experience of representing organisational priorities at conferences and events and producing influential thought leadership papers and blogs, ideally in a high-growth company.
- Firm understanding of payment systems, fraud detection technologies, and risk management tools with familiarity of emerging trends.
- Fraud expertise and understanding of fraud operations (risk management frameworks/programs, fraud governance, fraud risk and controls, fraud detection operations, SAR filings, and fraud-related laws, rules, regulations, and industry practices).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- 3 - 5 years of experience remotely managing cross-functional teams and third-party relationships.
- You're a team player with tenacity underpinned by self-awareness and empathy
- Ability to travel occasionally.
