• Work with data migration teams to ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of order management-related data, including sales orders, customer master data, and billing information.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring the system meets operational and business needs.
• Lead and support functional testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the migrated system meets business needs and is functioning as expected.
• Provide training to core team and power users on SAP Order Management processes, and offer hyper care support after system go-live.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the order-to-cash cycle to enhance efficiency and reduce order cycle time.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (e.g., MM, WM, FICO) to ensure end-to-end process integration and data flow between modules.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation on configurations, custom developments, and process flows.
• Offer post-go-live support, resolving any issues and ensuring smooth operation of the SAP system in a live environment.
Requirements for this role include:
- Ability to obtain a USA Security Clearance
- 5+ years of experience working with SAP SD module, particularly in order management and sales order processing with at least 2 full cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD configuration, including order management, pricing, delivery processing, and billing.

- In-depth knowledge of the order-to-cash process and how it integrates with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, WM, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferences: -
